Haloteck services to its customer is performed by our certified and expereince technicians which allows us to support your service needs via remote access and phone. If for any reason any of our customers are satisfied with our service, we offer a refund and below step need to be followed:-
(1) Send us email on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com along with your phone number and reason for refund.
(2) Acknowledge is send in an email that the cancellation in case will not be immediate but will be effective from notice of one month. Haloteck will provide confirmation of both your request to cancel services and the actual cancellation of services date.You may contact our toll free number if you do not hear from us within 3 days from the day mail is send for cancellation onf service.
(3) Refund policy will be valid only if haloteck failed satisfactory solutions of issues as agreed in scope of services/plan. Refund in case of packages plan will be provided by extending duration of service.
(4) Customer will receive refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges already billed to your account in proportion to the amount of time left in your subscription period. The time left in your account would be calculated to the nearest month left in your service period. There would be no refunds in case of incident based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. In case you have used our service and still file a chargeback, your account may become ineligible to receive a refund from us. At any stage you feel that the charges are not valid or due to any unforeseen circumstances you decide to cancel the services or contract with us please call our customer service. At any stage we request you not to file a chargeback instead call us back and we will surely discuss the matter and do the needful.
